The ultra compact 640CSXCC+MMT Camera is a Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) camera designed for passive imaging and asynchronous laser pulse detection (ALPD) of up to three laser spots simultaneously. It features a 640x512 resolution with 15um pixels, making it ideal for MIPI CSI-2 for integration into Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and NVIDIA Jetson AI platforms. The camera's interface allows for future integration into various systems.
Leveraging our patented GMOD pixel architecture, the 640CSXCC+MMT delivers enhanced performance in both low-light and daylight conditions. Its full field-of-view (FOV) laser pulse detection supports multimode tracking and ALPD, enabling rapid identification of battlefield targeting lasers, including covert eye-safe wavelengths.
The camera is equipped with a highly sensitive focal plane array (FPA) that ensures three-point parametrized nonuniformity corrections (PNUC), significantly enhancing image quality and performance across a wide range of temperatures.

Export of this product from the United States is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls as prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulation, Parts 120-130.
