InGaAs Products: Line Scan Cameras

Line Scan Camera
The new Digital Line Scan Camera provides convenient platforms for operation of any of the Sensors Unlimited Linear Array short wave infrared products, whether based on the LX, LD, or LE arrays. Power, timing and temperature control circuits for optimal operation of the array are provided in a compact package with a universal mount that accepts standard lens mount adapters. When ordering, customers may select the most appropriate linear array.

GL2048L Line Scan Camera

The Sensors Unlimited GL2048L camera delivers the high-resolution and high-speed needed for Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography and for high-throughput silicon wafer inspection. Compact and slim, this Base Camera Link® camera features an InGaAs photodiode array of 2048 pixels on 10 micron pitch with a pixel height of 210 microns for sensitivity. The Sensors Unlimited GL2048L can clearly image retinal blood vessel layers in detail; an area known as the choroid. The GL2048L is ideal for Optical Coherence Tomography at 1.04, 1,31 and 1.55 microns, silicon wafer or integrated circuit microscopy and high-resolution spectroscopy of intense spectra.

SU1024LDM Line Scan Camera

The new compact SU1024LDM line-scan camera features high resolution, 1024-pixel imaging in the shortwave infrared (SWIR). Its square pixels are ideal for inspection of polished silicon blocks, ingots, or wafers, hot glass bottles, and for use on continuous-process lines that apply transparent coatings which can be ‘seen’ in the SWIR spectral region. The innovative square pixel design ensures that the pixel height is sharply defined by a metal mask, providing better uniformity of response and improved measurement accuracy for the object being imaged. The SU1024LDM is compact and robust (only 3-in. x 2.9-in. x 2.4-in. deep - 76 mm x 74 mm x 61 mm), and has mounting points on 4 of its 6 sides, making it easy to integrate into a processing line or machine vision system. Goodrich’s new camera features a 14-bit base Camera Link® interface, flexible triggering, and line rates up to 46,000 per second for its 1024 pixel width. The SU1024LDM offers high quantum efficiency, wide dynamic range, and integrate-while-read acquisition. For added flexibility, the ruggedized housing supports an operating temperature range of -10 to +50 degrees C. An optional 50 mm f/1.4 lens designed specifically for the SWIR is also available.

SULDH2 92KHz Digital Line Scan Camera

The new Goodrich SU-LDH2 Linear Digital InGaAs Camera is a 2nd generation high-speed 1024-pixel line-scan InGaAs camera that increases the A-line rate to over 91,900 lines per second. This enables spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) at 1.04 um to capture detailed 3-D volumes of the retina, nerve head and choroid layer in the blink of the eye. The LDH2 platform uses the LC series of Goodrich linear arrays, while providing 12-bit digital capture into base-format Camera Link® interface cards at the fastest line rates, 14-bit below 46,000.

SULDH Digital Line Scan Camera

The SUITM SU-LDH Linear Digital High Speed InGaAs Camera increases line rates for 1024 rectangular pixels to over 46,000 lines per second for spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) or near infrared spectroscopy. This versatile high speed camera platform uses the new LC series of SUI linear arrays, while providing 14-bit digital capture into base format Camera Link® interface cards.
