These compact InGaAs snapshot 640 x 512 pixel video cameras bring high resolution InGaAs imaging performance to sorting, inspection, spectral imaging, and machine visionapplications. The SU640KTS-1.7RT featureshigh response from 0.9 μm to 1.7 μm at 30 frames per second. These cameras are easy-to-use due to built-in non-uniformity corrections (NUCs), Automatic Gain Control (AGC), and basic image enhancement. This model camera meets CE and FCC requirements for conducted and radiated emissions.
This 640 x 512 pixel SU640KTSX InGaAs room temperature solid-state camera allows users to capture full-sized images at 30 frames per second. The camera’s focal plane array features 25 µm square pixels and wavelength response over the short wave infrared spectrum of 0.9 µm to 1.7 µm. Low-power and light-weight with compact size enables easy integration into larger surveillance systems, whether hand-held, mobile or aerial.
This 320 x 256 pixel SU320KTSX room temperature solid-state InGaAs camera features high-sensitivity and wide dynamic range providing real-time night-glow to daylight imaging. This MiniCamera with a 320x240 pixel imager is the most popular camera in our InGaAs camera line. Capable of imaging from 0.9 Ám to 1.7 Ám in daylight or typical indoor room lighting conditions, it has proven very effective for industrial processing and laser beam analysis. It features simultaneous analog video and 12-bit digital video outputs.
Featuring programmable Region of Interest (ROI) imaging, the compact SU320MSW InGaAs MiniCamera captures images from pulsed events or moving objects with high temporal control and sensitivity. This short wave infrared (SWIR) camera's ROI capability allows high-speed imaging at rates over 10,000 fps for a 16 x 16 pixel window. Full-frame imaging with on-board nonuniformity corrections is simultaneously delivered via composite video & 12-bit digital outputs.

This InGaAs camera also features Automatic Gain Control (AGC), gamma, offset and uniformity corrections. The resolution is 320 x 256 with 25 µm square pixels.
The "MX" MiniCamera is the most sensitive room temperature SWIR InGaAs camera available anywhere. It can image day or night under either high or very low light conditions, ideal for 24 hr/7 day surveillance applications. Resolution is 320 x 240 pixels on a 40 µm pitch. Analog video and 12-bit digital video are simultaneously output.
