Warranty and Non-Warranty Repair Request Instructions
To return a product for repair, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please download RMA Form.doc and fill in all of the appropriate information. Save your changes and attach your modified RMA Form.doc in an email addressed to email@example.com. The Sensors Unlimited support team will review the request and contact you promptly to troubleshoot the system or issue the RMA number with return instructions.
