In order for our support team to best respond to your request, please include the following information:

  • Name, company, and contact information
  • Device model number and serial number
  • Computer operating system
  • A complete description of the problem and the surrounding details
  • If applicable: NI-MAX version, NI-IMAQ version, frame grabber model number, and ICD file

  • Warranty and Non-Warranty Repair Request Instructions

    To return a product for repair, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please download RMA Form.doc and fill in all of the appropriate information.  Save your changes and attach your modified RMA Form.doc in an email addressed to sui_support@goodrich.com.  The Goodrich support team will review the request and contact you promptly to troubleshoot the system or issue the RMA number with return instructions.


    NOTE: The RMA Form.doc must be filled out before you can obtain a RMA number. If you have any questions or concerns while filling out the form please do not hesitate to contact our support team at (609)520-0610.
