This 640 x 512 pixel SU640KTSX InGaAs room temperature solid-state camera allows users to capture full-sized images at 30 frames per second. The camera’s focal plane array features 25 µm square pixels and wavelength response over the short wave infrared spectrum of 0.9 µm to 1.7 µm.
